5-Avoid Clock Watching
Constantly checking the clock when you are struggling to sleep or when you wake in the middle of the night does not promote a good night’s sleep.
It can put pressure on you, leading to your mind becoming active, making sleep more challenging.
Try going to sleep with your clock facing away from you. Of course, if you wake in the middle of the night, you must resist the temptation of turning it around again. Also, avoid clocks with bright light displays, as these might disrupt your sleep.
