10. Changes In Urination
Your kidneys release urine and expel toxins through it. If you notice any changes in color, odor, frequency, and urine appearance don’t ignore them. These may be signs of kidney stones or kidney disease. Common change types include:
-High need to pee, especially during nighttime. The normal urination frequency is up to 10 times–anything more than that is a sign that something’s off.
-Noticing blood spots in your urine. Kidneys in a healthy state filter out toxins from the blood to release urine but if the filtration system is impaired, red blood cells will appear in the urine.
-Seeing bubbly urine. Apparent bubbles in your piss, especially those that you need to flush many times in a row to vanish are a sign of protein in the urine.
The above are also signs of gout and kidney stones.
