There are many options, and it all depends on what your brain identifies as soothing. A daily pop listener might find acoustic music to be very soothing and calming. Although, most experts agree that sedative music usually works the simplest.
In a study of 24 adults, it had been found that people that listened to sedative music had a far better sleep cycle than those that didn’t. In another study, it had been found that taking note of relaxing music for quite 45 minutes can assist you recover sleep.
