As long as you can hold one-on-one conversations, you have an outgoing personality. A shy person won’t even manage one-on-one conversation because they fear being judged negatively.

On the other hand, if you are an outgoing introvert, you won’t be afraid of conversations, just the fact that when it’s more than one person, it’s a crowd, and you won’t have the energy for that. But if it’s just one or two people, you can interact just fine.
