If you have to go through procedures or testing to identify a condition or disease, your insurance policy will not cover the costs. Such diagnostics could include blood tests or CT scans, which can be incredibly costly.
Before you undergo potentially expensive diagnostics, check what tests and procedures are covered. Even if these tests are conducted in a hospital, they still may not be covered under your insurance policy.
