Devices like phones, tablets, and TV screens project blue light that acts as a stimulus to the brain, preventing it from producing melatonin. The latter is a hormone secreted by our brain to help us fall asleep. This could simply be fixed by keeping all your devices away at night. Moreover, it will give your brain some time to rest and calm down. If this remains an unbeatable habit, see if your phone has the option of reducing blue light.
